Terje Aabakken


Terje is a down-to-earth entrepreneur and business manager from Vågå in Gudbrandsdalen.With the following work experience and education, he is the right man in the right place:

He started his career as a business advisor in Tryg Forsikring, next he worked as an insurance manager in Sparebanken Hedmark and then became regional bank manager in the same bank – responsibility for the private market; banking, savings and insurance. Terje has also been in the real estate industry for many years, as general manager of MAL Eiendom, now he is CEO of Ly Forsikring

Relevant education: BI Norwegian School of Management / market economics, Norwegian School of Real Estate / real estate economics

Morten Dahlsbakken

Assistant director

Morten has the roles of assistant director and department director in the Inland and East (Oslo and parts of Viken). He has been employed by Ly since its inception in 2013.

Morten has previously worked for 28 years in Tryg Forsikring and Gjensidige Forsikring. He has experience from claims settlement and fire-combined investigation as well as 25 years as a sales and sales manager in corporate insurance.

He has a higher insurance exam – HFE as well as several authorizations from the Insurance Academy-BI.

Geir Belsvik

Damage and product manager

Geir is responsible for claims handling and products in LY. He has been in this position since the start in 2013.

Geir has previously worked for 14 years in Eika Forsikring and Gjensidige Forsikring on property damage settlement. He has experience with settlement in all industries, specializing in extensive real estate transactions in both private and business.

Geir has, among other things, an education as an Authorized damage handler for fire / combined from the Insurance Academy / BI.

Anne Hvattum


Anne is CFO of Ly and has been employed since November 2019.

Before joining Ly she was 11 years in Lillehammer municipality, most years as financial manager with overall responsibility for finance and accounting finance function in addition to digitization and IT. Prior to that, she was chief financial officer at Eidsiva Broadband.

Anne has both strategic and operational management experience, financial management experience from both public and private companies in addition to experience from auditing and consulting within ERP systems.

Anne has a Master of Business Administration from BI Norwegian School of Management
